The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm on Monday November 6, 2006 by Andrea Prusak.

Official booster club name is A.C.G. - Aerials Cheer Gym.

We became an official booster club as of Nov 1, 2006.

EIN Number is on the way.

Bank acct. to be opened ASAP.

Reminders:

• Parent/Coach Cheer Mtg Tuesday November 7, 2006 @ 8pm
• Wreath Orders & money due Monday Nov. 13^th
• Dominos Cards & money due Wednesday Nov. 15^th
• December Cheer Competition Fees Due Thursday Nov 16^th ($105.00)

Thanksgiving Cheer Practice Schedule:

NO Cheer Practice on Monday Nov. 20^th – Sunday Nov. 26^th

Next Cheer practice will be Monday Nov. 27^th @ regular times.

Uniform Update: (per Tanya)

Uniforms are to be shipped Fed Ex by Nov. 20^th.

Delay is partially due to unique and special requests on the uniforms.

Christmas Cheer Party Info:

Thursday December 14^th 6:30-8:30pm

We will have pizza (working on from where and cost) and request parents to bring salads, deserts, paper products, drinks etc. Sign up sheet will go up after we return from Thanksgiving break.
