A.C.G. Booster Club Minutes

 

The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm on Monday December 4, 2006 by Andrea Prusak.

November 2006 minutes approved.

 

Updates:

EIN Number is completed.

We are waiting for IRS to approve tax exemption.

Booster Club bank account is now open.

All checks for competitions are to be made out to the ACG Booster Club.

 

Reminders:

  • Christmas Wreaths will be delivered on Wednesday 12-06-06

 

Upcoming Fundraisers:

            Bingo Information: You can work at the Vacaville or Fairfield Bingo Hall in January.

Schedule will need to be completed before 12-15-06, in order to work.

Scratchers: We have “Scratchers” fundraising cards and will hold off doing them for now, they can be done at anytime possibly in January 2007.

           

Christmas Cheer Party Info:

Thursday December 14th 6:30-8:30pm.

Cheer Practice will be from 5:00-6:30pm for both squads.

We will have Dominos pizza and request parents to bring salads, deserts, paper products, drinks. Sign up sheet is up. Remember $10.00 gift for gift exchange.

 

Monday January 1st is a holiday.
