Booster Club Meeting

Treasurer’s Report: At the time of this meeting, no treasurer’s report was available.
Fundraising:
Cookie money is due tonight. If you forgot your money please give Sara a call and tell her what you have in the way of orders. Orders will take takes 2 weeks.
Wreath sales start tonight. Flyers were passed out. We will be selling the same wreaths as last year. The price is up $3 due to shipping, etc. All orders and money will be due November. 13th. We will receive them the first week of December. 2 wreaths = 1 hour volunteer hours. Money into individual accts. = approximately $8.00 per wreath sold.
Bunco night: Sell you tickets. Sara has extra if you need some. Signup sheet to work that evening will be up on Monday. First come first serve. 2 hour max. On Thursday, if there are any spots open you can fill in for the extra positions. Food items and drink donations also. 2 hour max. cap. If you donate a dessert item that equals 1 hour. Your donation or food item must be worth $10. That will equal 1 fundraising hour. If we need more donated Thursday you can add for extra hours. No children, please.
If you are capped in your hours you may donate your hours to someone else. Maximum hours for the season is 10.
We should open up a signup sheet for Bunco tonight to see if it will be attended, at least by us. We do not know who has sold the bunco tickets. $25 a piece due back the 16th. You can work before or after and still play. There will be some people who will be working during play time.
Bunco night needs quite a bit of donations for gift baskets - even baskets to put items together. We have to have prizes for that evening. Door prizes will be given as well.
Kettle Korn on the 25th. 10-6pm. Signup sheet posted on the 20th.
Sky High: This weekend. Kids need release forms signed and $10. We’ll meet at Aerials at 10am and check in as a group – NOT individually. Check-in will go super fast that way. A few blank release forms will be available on Sat. Pizza afterwards is optional.
This weekend extra practice. Sunday: 9-11/ 11:30-1:30.
National Information is in draft form and will go out this weekend.
Jackie: Contact via email to Jennfier Pero and Annie to “say not bad news” the next time we have an urgent meeting.
Jackie: If anybody needs to order sweats we need to let Jenn know by tonight so the order goes in ASAP. $150.
