AGPA MINUTES
May 14, 2007

Approval of Minutes- Motion was made to approve April 1, 2007 AGPA Minutes.
-Motion Passed
Treasurer’s Report- General Fund Balance is $4,952.06
Still need to fund the Awards Banquet
Spent Approx $1425 on regional meets
Bylaws- Much discussion occurred on revising the bylaws to meet the needs of the non profit approval. Motion made by Fitch to adopt the proposed changes to the bylaws (see Kerner for details). Bull seconded the motion.
-Motion Passed unanimously
Elections for E-Board- The following members were elected to the Executive Board with their term beginning July 1, 2007
President- Fitch
VP- Markovich
Sec-Desouza
Tres- Murphy (will continue from her appointed position)
Last Minute Flip Flop Meet- Discussed the details of the May 19 meet. All money made will go into general fund. Only 25-50 gymnasts to compete in one session at 3pm. Need volunteers.
