Meeting started at 6:30pm

People in attendance: Rene Fitch, Jamie Linde, Marcia Buslett, Melissa Black, Heather Markovich, Kathy Bull, and Suzanne Murphy.

Treasurer Report: Suzanne Murphy stated that AGPA has roughly about $4154 in the general fund.

Team Awards Banquit: Melissa Black had checked with Pietros and they only hold 75 people, and Murillos is suppose to call her back. With the people in attendance at the meeting, they decided to go with T-shirts for the awards instead of trophies for all active team members that are here at the time of the awards and had competed last season, and also for the coaches. We estimate that it should cost AGPA general fund about $400. Rene Fitch has put a request into Annie Baker to see if we can use the gym for the awards ceremony on June 7th or 8th.

American Pride Invitational: The exact date has not yet been set but it should either be Sept. 7th or Sept. 14th. As the date gets closer there will be a sign up sheet posted on the board by the gymnast folders for anyone to volunteer the time in making the meet a great success! The following postitions have been asigned already and they are Gymnast meet fee coordinator: Jen Pero, Meet coordinator: Rene Fitch, Program Coordinator: Heather Markovich, Decorations: Melissa Black, Concessions Coordinator: Marcia Buslett, Judges/Coaches: Kathy Bull, and we still need someone to be in charge of the raffle baskets and donations! So, if anyone is interested please let me know! Also, it was brought up to ask Jen Pero if it is at all possible to have an early notice of when the meet fees are due! Cathy Kerner will be in charge of ordering the leo's for new team members!

Voting will take place in June and Officiers will take office in July!

Motion was made by Marcia Buslett that starting in July the AGPA meetings will no longer be held on the first Monday of the month but on the first Thursday of the month since all levels of team are at the gym and hopefully we will get more participation! Rene Fitch second the motion.

So this July the AGPA meeting will be held July 10th (which is the 2nd Thursday of the month) since the gym will be closed the 1st Thursday! which is July 3rd
