Our Level 1-3 team offers recreational gymnasts a taste of competitive gymnastics at their level. Gymnasts learn routines for each of the four events (Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise) and get the chance to show off their skills and compete against their teammates in an in-house competition every few months!.

 A Gymnast deemed ready for the Junior Olympic Level 1-3 Team at Aerials will be nominated by her coach for a free trial of the class, and placed in the level that is appropriate for her!
